Audit what we are using: [LIST THE FONTS, STOCK PHOTOS, ICON SETS, AND TEMPLATES ON OUR SITE AND MARKETING, WHERE EACH CAME FROM]. Check the licenses: which assets are fine (open licenses, properly purchased), which are 'free for personal use' traps, which came from a subscription that lapses when we cancel, and which have no paper trail at all. For each problem asset: replace, buy, or document - with the cheapest safe path. Then the asset register format so every future asset lands with its license attached. Flag anything already used in paid ads - that is where claims actually arrive.

Inputs needed

  • Asset list with sources

What good output looks like

Every asset classified with its license status; subscription-lapse traps caught; cheapest safe path per problem; register format prevents recurrence; ad-use risk called out
