The Invoice Chaser Ladder
Write an escalating overdue-invoice sequence
Write a 4-touch overdue invoice sequence for this client: [INVOICE AMOUNT, DAYS OVERDUE, RELATIONSHIP CONTEXT]. Touch 1 assumes they forgot - friendly, re-attaches the invoice. Touch 2 assumes a process problem - asks what their AP needs from us. Touch 3 names the number and the date plainly, no adjectives. Touch 4 states what happens next (pause work, late fee, escalation) in one sentence. Keep every email under 90 words and give me a subject line for each that does not say 'friendly reminder'.
Inputs needed
- ■Invoice amount, days overdue, relationship context
What good output looks like
Escalation is real - each touch is harder than the last; zero 'friendly reminder' energy; under 90 words each
