One of my best people is flight risk or just went quiet: [ROLE, TENURE, WHAT THEY OWN, RECENT CHANGES ON THEIR PLATE]. Write a stay interview I can run in 30 minutes: 8 questions that surface what keeps them, what is grinding them down, and what would make them take a recruiter's call - ordered from safe to direct. For each question give me the follow-up probe when they give a polite non-answer. Then list the three answers that mean act this week versus the ones that mean monitor.
