The Glassdoor Response

We got a negative Glassdoor review: [PASTE THE REVIEW, WHAT IS TRUE IN IT, WHAT IS NOT, WHETHER WE KNOW WHO WROTE IT - DO NOT GUESS PUBLICLY]. Write the response: thank without groveling, own what is true specifically, correct what is false without calling the reviewer a liar, show the change made or explain why not, and invite the offline conversation. Rules: no legal threats, no HR-speak, never identify or speculate about the reviewer, and write it for the thousand candidates who will read it, not the one person who wrote it. Give me two versions: one if we fixed the thing, one if we disagree.
