Our docs have grown into a maze: [CURRENT NAV STRUCTURE, TOP TRAFFIC PAGES, TOP SEARCH TERMS WITH NO GOOD RESULT, WHERE NEW USERS GET LOST, WHAT SUPPORT ANSWERS THAT DOCS SHOULD]. Reorganize: the new information architecture grouped by what users are trying to do (not by our org chart), the five tasks that must be reachable in two clicks, the search terms that need a page or a redirect, the pages to merge or kill, and the migration plan so old bookmarks do not 404 - redirects listed, not promised.
