The Delegation Ladder

I am doing too much myself. Here is my actual week: [LIST RECURRING TASKS WITH HOURS]. Sort every task onto the delegation ladder: only I can do this, someone else can do it with a checklist, someone else can own the outcome entirely, or nobody should do it at all. For each task going to someone else, name the role type that should get it and the failure mode to watch in month one. Total the hours I buy back, and tell me which task I will emotionally refuse to delegate and the test that proves I can.
