I am choosing between these vendors: [LIST VENDORS, PRICING, AND WHAT EACH PROMISES]. My must-haves are: [LIST]. Build a weighted scorecard: pick the 5-7 criteria that actually decide this purchase, weight them to 100, score each vendor 1-5 per criterion with one line of evidence, and total it. Then argue against the winner in three sentences so I know what I am accepting. End with the two questions I should ask the winner before signing.
