The Prioritization Knife Fight

Here is my backlog with rough effort and expected impact for each item: [PASTE BACKLOG]. Force-rank it top to bottom - no ties allowed. For each of the top 5, state what it beats and why. For items 6-10, name the one condition that would promote each into the top 5. Below that, kill or freeze with a reason. Then attack your own ranking: tell me which of your top 5 is most likely to be the pet project I am overvaluing, and what evidence would prove it.
