The Offsite That Earns Its Cost
Design a team offsite around outcomes
We are planning a team offsite: [TEAM SIZE, BUDGET, DAYS, WHAT PEOPLE ARE ACTUALLY FRUSTRATED ABOUT, WHAT I HOPE CHANGES AFTER]. Design it backwards: the two or three decisions or working agreements we must leave with, the sessions that produce them (working sessions, not trust falls), what should have been an email and gets cut, the unstructured time that is the actual point, and the follow-through plan so Monday-back-at-desk does not erase it. Include the all-in cost per person and whether the outcomes justify it - and say so if they do not.

What good output looks like
Named outcomes anchor every session; fluff sessions cut; cost per person shown; follow-through plan included; honest verdict on whether to hold it at all
