Here is my recurring meeting list with attendees, length, and stated purpose: [PASTE MEETING LIST]. For each meeting, decide: kill it, shrink it, or keep it - and defend the call in one line. Rules: any meeting with no decision or output dies; anything over 30 minutes needs a reason per extra minute; more than 6 people means it is a broadcast, not a meeting, so convert it to a memo. End with the total weekly hours I get back and the one meeting you know I will refuse to cut and why.
